Two of Margaret von Kaenel’s plein air oil paintings have been accepted into “Life in Motion”

It is a juried visual art exhibition at the Manchester Parks, Recreation and Arts Department at 359 Old Meramec Station Rd., Manchester, MO. 63021. The Manchester Arts Life in Motion exhibit features artists work that captures the kinetic and dynamic energy of life.  The exhibition includes a variety of media –  photography, painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture and ceramics.  The featured Juror was Stefanie Jacobson Kirkland who is the current Director of Exhibitions and Artists-In-Residence Programs at the Craft Alliance Center of Art + Design in St. Louis, MO.

Margaret’s accepted works show a vibrancy of color and motion.  Her pieces are titled:  Forest Park – Summer 2018 (8-inches by 10-inches) and Faust Carousel (14-inches by 11-inches).

The exhibit will be on display July 20th through September 14, 2018  The Opening Reception is scheduled for Friday July 20th from 6 – 8pm.
